Paul Frederick Foster


Paul Frederick Foster was an American naval officer. He was born in Wichita, Kansas, and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1911. He received the Medal of Honor for actions at the United States occupation of Veracruz, 1914. Foster left the Navy from 19291941, when he was recalled by President Franklin D. Roosevelt for World War II service. He retired from the Navy in 1946 as a Vice Admiral.
